Picklers Warehouse Craftsman Building Kit. Narrow warehouse kit that is full of neat features. Comes complete to build as pictured (without roof water tower). Internal structure is first built from laser cut 1/8″ Masonite and is keyed on corners for perfect fit. Assembles in minutes, and makes a very strong building. It is then is covered with 1/16″ thick Northeastern Scale 6″ wide basswood clap-siding. All door and window openings laser cut to correct size. This type of construction is simple, builds fast and will not warp. Windows are plastic and include glazing, doors are laser cut and laminated. Includes our own laser cut shingles, adhesive backed. CNC cut MDF base includes 1/64″ scribe decking . Base is pinned so that it is built into scenery and model can removed, then relocated on pins. Kit comes with complete picture manual for easy assembly. No cardboard in these kits, only top quality materials to build a first class building.
Optional roof water tower available separately. If purchased together, we will include smoke stacks and picklers cannery sign free.
