Description
O scale RoundHouse Kit -Union Pacific Prototype Structure was found in Marysville, KS originally built in 1917. however was rebuilt with additional stalls and extensions in front for longer engines. With this in mind, kit starts as a 3 stall round house. Then order number of additional stalls and extensions front & back required size locomotives you required. AMW then quotes price and provides foot print drawing for O scale round house kit you desired.
Model foundation is CNC cut from MDF with pits and slots cut for required rail. Walls are high quality cast urethane with detailed brick, backs planed smooth and flat. Walls edges are then mitered and hand fit to CNC base (every kit). Windows, doors, fronts are laser cut wood, roof laser cut styrene, all laser work precisely cut. Interior framing is built from basswood on laser scribe templates, kit also includes smoke jacks, hinges for doors, and roofing material for texture finish. Kit includes detailed manual with many pictures and templates for assembly.
